La Maison Moutchic

This is a lovely oasis and was the prefect spot to start our France trip. Alicia and her team were so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was like a beautifully furnished summer cabin with a view of the gorgeous yard, pool and the lake beyond. Everything we needed was there including bicycles, games, great linens and a peaceful setting. Breakfast on our porch was delicious and tailored to order. The location is perfect with a short walk into the village and the beach. Perfect start for a bike ride on the wonderful bike trails. It is a short drive to the big beaches in Lacanau, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We truly loved this experience and would highly recommend La Maison Moutchic.

We loved EVERYTHING! One of the highest quality, most stunning properties we have ever stayed at. The friendly owner was so attentive and caring, making sure we had all we needed. Location overlooking the lake was perfect. Beautiful swimming pool and lounge area to cool off. We borrowed some cycles and visited the beach for a day, ate in some lovely restaurants overlooking the lake, went for a run along the safe paths, taking in the stunning views. Delicious, abundant breakfast of fresh fruit salad, breads, pastries and preserves, freshly squeezed orange juice, excellent coffee. Comfortable bed, quality linens and towels, luxurious shower area and toiletries… it was all just amazing.

Absolutely nothing! Honestly, it was such a privilege to stay here for a couple of nights.

Tout , j’aime tout dans cette maison d’hôte . La gentille de la propriétaire, la maison, l’emplacement. Tout est parfait ! Une petite pépite qu’on a envie de garder pour soi .
