Nica Old Town Free Parking Spacious Sunny Terrace

The apartment was excellent - clean, spacious enough, comfortable, and equipped. We slept well during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and secure, and we never heard any noise from neighboring apartments. The reception was staffed with security 24/7. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. We didn't use the kitchen for food preparation, so we can't comment on how well it was.

One drawback was that the heated towel rail in the bathroom was not working, so we were unable to dry our towels. In addition, there was no ironing board available.

Location was fantastic. Restaurants at you doorstep. Walking to many sights. BOLT is the way to travel. All LOCAL points were less that $5 US.

Apartment is at the excellent location, most of the main places of interest might be reached by foot. It’s quiet and clean. Close to the shops and restaurants. Very nice terrace and the building itself, it’s very secure and guards are exceptionally helpful. A private underground parking is a huge bonus. Apartment has everything you need - kitchen utensils, iron, coffee machine and etc. Check in instructions were clear.

Apartment itself is a bit worn out and needs some maintenance work. We provided the host with more detailed list of the issues and they promised to take care of that :) Also, sofa could be more comfortable and more forks/knifes/spoons would be useful.
