Marvi House

The location was superb, especially if you liked a little stroll into the village to grab some groceries or visit one of the amazing restaurants. It really is a 10 minute stroll to the most idyllic beach with plenty of sunbeds and bars. The complex itself was clean and tidy. I really enjoyed the bedrooms being in the basement as they were quite cool and you didn't necessarily need the air conditioning units on. There was enough, more than enough room for the 5 of us to move around in and we all had our own beds and plenty of bathrooms too. I would definitely come back to this property rather than stay anywhere else because the location is perfect and the house suits our needs.

We really couldn't find the property because there is no actual signage and you have to use Google Maps, but that seems to be the situation for most of the houses on the island. Andreas was really helpful and I sent him my location and he was able to guide us in using FaceTime.

Villa design meant that poolside rooms had constant sound of sloshing of pool water 24 hours a day. Disturbed sleep.

La villa non è all’altezza del prezzo pagato; dotazione nei bagni che si limitava a sapone Palmolive e bagnoschiuma Dove. Bicchieri, posate e tazze spaiati e non sufficienti per il numero di persone. No microonde, ne tostapane. Pulizia da migliorare. Mobili esterni con cuscini sporchi. Onestamente da una villa di questo livello mi sarei aspettata un livello di accortezza e attenzione ai dettagli decisamente maggiore. La maggior parte delle stanze sono ad un piano inferiore e quindi molto buie e poco aereate, nonché raggiungibili attraverso una scala interna non adatta a persone anziane e bambini; e bene saperlo.

This property was perfectly located, 7 min walk to Ornos Beach, the bus stop into town and bakeries/super market. The pool and sunbeds were also great! Large bedrooms and multple bathrooms, air-con in each room and large outside dining space. Overall, would recommend!!

The shower head in the main bathroom was broken, so were a few chairs for the dining table outside. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms or toilet paper so we had to buy those.
