The seaview
Very bad sofabed, if they buy a real bed we will come back. There is a restaurant down stairs but not noisy with loud music, but of course people talk .

The views!
Sofa bed, was a little uncomfortable. Could feel the bars through the mattress and once the bed was out wasn’t any room to get to the bathroom without climbing over.

We loved the view and the situation of the property, but as soon as we entered we saw it was not a one bedroom apartment as stated on your website. It was in fact a studio where we had to make the sofa bed up every night and put it back in the morning. The sofa bed was not that comfortable either we could feel the bars through the mattress. Plus when the bed was out it was wall to wall so if one had to get up in the night we had to climb over each other not ideal.. For a 67 and 72 year old.
I feel disappointed that we were expecting an apartment and we didnt get it, I have a screen shot saying we had rented a
1 bed apartment.
I have put another dislike above sorry. Also we had to leave the balcony doors open as the Aircon was about 6" away from my head so we could not have it on also the pipe that drew the air out was poked through a large sawed hole in the balcony door. I have pictures to substantiate this. Surely this cannot be allowed.. Also there were no instructions for any electrical goods and there was neither a kettle or a toaster on site and only one Mug or 2 tiny teacups in the cupboard. Although when we sent a message to the host he did bring a new kettle and toaster with 2 mugs, But they should have been there without having to ask. Next door to us one of the apartments was being refurbished and we had to put up with a generator from 8am - 6pm and it was so noisy and smelly we couldnt stand it. I have a video of it. Would you believe that there was a Film being shot just outside our balcony and the whole plac e was being changed into a 60s/70s era with every prop under the sun being bought in there must have been a hundred crew camera men props security people and about 50 or 60 extras from Villa Joyosa, whikst this was very fascinating and an experience we felt that we were the only holiday makers in the whole block of apartments, Then we had to move our car from the free Car Park as is was commandeerd by the Film Makers We had to park underground as we could not find anywhere else close enough to our room. When we did collect it this morning they charged 34 euros . I really do think that we should be compensated for the disruption and miss selling us a studio and NOT a 1 Bed apartment. Lots of busines's had plenty of notice about the film making and had given their customers details of what was going on, so surely our host was aware and should have warned us as his customers we would then have had a choice to accept or look for other accomodation.I look forward to hearing from you and hope you agree we should be compensated.
