Welcome to our truly unique beachfront paradise property. We are welcoming toon your vacation to one of the safest condo unit with a major difference from other properties and other units within this complex. What comes to your mind is safety of you and your loved ones. The essence of life WATER. Q: am I or my family are safe to use the water?!! A: we have the best filtration system in our complex a RO, reverse osmosis system. The most important part is this particular unit provides an additional safety system ; we have provided you with additional in unit UV ( ultraviolet) filtration system to be able to consume and brush your teeth and be able to cook with the water in this system

My family and I had a wonderful time at the property! Javier was so accommodating. The people in the area are fantastic and friendly. Will definitely be back!!

The condo was as advertised and was a fair price. Electricity was cheaper than expected and Nader was very easy to get along with. Only complaint is that the hot water for showers is very sensitive to adjust, hot to cold was very little difference on the knob. However, this is a common issue at this complex as a whole, and probably in the country as a whole. We had family and friends in 8 other units in this complex and nearly everyone had the same issue. Not a huge issue, we didn’t go there for nice showers.
If we return to Punta Cana we would rent from Nader again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and the view off the balcony is fantastic. We only used the AC in the bedrooms at night. The cross breeze in the main room and kitchen kept it at a pleasant temperature throughout our stay.
The complex itself is very secure with a visible security presence that are extremely friendly and accommodating. The Playa Turquesa property is very clean, well maintained, and a short walk to a variety of diverse and extremely affordable restaurants. In between the restaurants is a market that has all of your essentials with a private entrance for people staying at Playa Turquesa. Javier assisted us upon our arrival and really set us up for a great week by taking the time to show us around the condo, the property, and a few of the restaurants (this took a lot of our "guessing" what might be good out of the equation and allowed us to enjoy our time in Punta Cana).
The access to the beach is great and secure. There were plenty of beach chairs with plenty of space between so never feel crowded. The bar on the beach has great food and drinks with excellent service.
Great times and we look forward to a return trip to the Dominican in the future.
