It is a very nice and large apartment with two terraces. Walking distance from Cres town center and close to a good shop with local and international groceries (Konzum). The town of Cres offers many excellent options for dining, small boat rental, shopping, and even beaches (if walk/drive 2-3 km further from the city center to the other side of the small bay). The host was super communicative and nice and the property access was easy.
The AC information is misleading - it is only available in the dining room which does not really help you on the hot summer nights. So keep that in mind if you are sensitive to high temperatures during the night.

Nice, new and clean object. The communication with the host was great. Great location as well, very close to the city centre.
Not exactly luxurious. The furniture is too plain and simple, especially in the bedrooms.

Clear communication with the owner, who also accomodated all our needs
Great location close to the port, city center and beach
The property looks better in real life than in the photos, there is lots of storage space and the apartment is super clean
The below are rather suggestions for improvements. But overall, I was super happy.
I would have loved to have the AC in every room, as it got a bit warm in the night. But the apartment is relatively cool, so it wasnt horible.
It would be great if there were some curtains in the living room, as the room on the top floor gets the ligth from the living room.
It would be fantastic if there were some bikes for guests to use as there is space to store them in the garage.
