About this house rental
Conveniently located just off the Stratton Mountain Access Road, our 5 Bedroom house offers the comfort and amenities to make your ski vacation memorable.
The house is situated on wooded, peaceful acre. Main floor offers mud room area, great room w/ flat screen, fireplace, kitchen, dining area, powder room, outdoor deck, Master BR with King bed, large closet, full bath. Second floor has one BR with ensuite half bath, 2 add'l BRs and full bathroom. The walkout basement has very comfortable living room area (flat screen tv), bunk room (2 sets of bunk beds plus twin), laundry area and large full bathroom with walk-in shower.
We are open to various long-term rental scenarios - shared season, half season, monthly, etc.

A group of friends and I stayed at this home over Presidents’ Day weekend. From the outside, the house looked small but the inside looked a lot bigger than I expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you can possibly need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The mud room was nice and big and was able to hold all of the jackets, boots, snow gear, etc.
The bedrooms were a great size and the amount of bathrooms was just right. Off the family room was a deck that had a BBQ grill which we used quite often. The basement was a great space for all the kids. They were fully entertained! Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus as we were able to do our laundry before packing up.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience! The house was clean upon arrival, check-in was a breeze, the host was extremely responsive, and the drive to the mountain was very convenient.
I highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. A very thoughtful, comfortable and well organized house.

We stayed with our friends for a ski weekend and for the Super Bowl. The house was perfect - so close to Stratton, plenty of parking, and a great space for a group to hang out together. Definitely would stay here again!

Our family had a nice time. The place was comfortable and kitchen was nicely stocked! Lots of beds options for everyone! They were set up for young children with a baby gate and high chair and pack and play. The house isn’t fancy but perfect for our family for 4 nights!
