This place was perfect. We were disappointed to arrive, only to find that everything was closing due to new concerns and recommendations for Covid-19. There were none when we left, but within 24 hours, they were in full swing. Given that we had to stay at the condo about 98% of the time and cook all of our own meals, a grill would have been nice. It was not clear until we arrived and checked-in that you have to order and rent the grill for an additional weekly charge. I also felt for the price, the pool should have been heated - and again not a request and additional charge. For a week's stay, more laundry and dish soap is needed than what is provided (advertised for 8 people, not enough soaps - and hard to run out to get supplies during this time). Checking in on guests from out of state during that time would have been nice - to be sure we were OK, offer more supplies and assistance, let them know if there was any help in the event travel was banned, etc. Otherwise, nice property! We loved it.

We rented to place to stay as a family. Overall we enjoyed the stay but I'd like to state several details that bothered us. One of the chairs in the dining area was broken. I was almost falling, I'm a 150lb woman, I doubt it was my weight that chair couldn't support. The dishwasher did not clean well enough, we believe mostly because of cheap detergent pods. Some of them were swollen and didn't even fit the detergent dispenser. We had to use heavy cycle to make sure everything came out clean from the dishwasher. We used deep dish pan to cook some eggs and sausage but the handle of the pan was very very unstable. We afraid to carry it around. Microwave didn't warm up foods good enough, half of the plate was warm while the other half was completely cold. The lid of the trash can in the kitchen was broken. The inner container of the trash can was also almost coming out. Tubs in both king and queen rooms bathroom didn't drain good, we had to turn off the water time to time to let the water drain while showering. All these details made us think that the house look nice but materials used are cheap. The house definitely needs some upgrade.
