This was not the property I stayed in despite being booked and confirmed. I was charged for this property but was told it was not available and was asked to stay at another property. I had no choice because by this time all other options were booked. The the other property was lower priced. However I did not get the difference back.
The substitute property was of a lower quality and the person in charge Ana Luis was unfriendly and passive aggressive. All suggestions to improve the property experience were responded to with smiley emoji statements implying we did not know what we were talking about. The appliances needed improvement and the beds could be better.
