Beds are comfortable.
Aircondition is big plus.
When you close the windows, the apartment is completely silent.
Private parking slot is great.
The beach is 2-3min walking.
There is a big grill next to the building and you can make barbecue every night if you want.
Real view from the kitchen is not great, but the sea can be seen :) .
The noise from external aircon units is slightly annoying, when you have opened balcony.
No hot water in the kitchen, but in the bathroom is.

The host was very friendly and obliging. The room itself was very modern and new, for a price like this we didn't expect something this classy and luxury. All rooms were perfectly tidy and clean. Seashore was like 5 minutes away, shops and caffes weren't too far too. In this apartment there were 2 perfectly working air conditioners, which were a real rescue when temperature in the outside went over 35 degrees. I should also tell, that almost every thing, that you would need in everyday basis, was there. There were even more advantages, but that's it now. We would like to stay here again for sure.
There was no hot water in the kitchen (but there was in the bathroom), also blankets were very thin and there weren't enough of thick ones. In addition, the address shown in this website was correct, but when I clicked 'show me location on the map' button it showed me different location, so I would advise host to fix this misunderstanding.
