Bella case and simply very nice

Simply very good in general

Nothing which i would say as negative, all expectations met or better. You need to know that the waste deposits are organized in a different way as in Germany so you need to have a short walk to the waste deposit area but that is nothing the flat is in charge.

Great apartment - we enjoyed it big time. Carlotta offered us a very warm welcome.

The apartment is very enjoyable and recently renovated. It is very tidy and silent. It is located close to the center of the village. It even offers a parking space not far away, which is very helpful in Torri. Furthermore we loved the air condition big time when you have 35 degrees outside.

If one wants to stay longer note that the apartment offers no washing machine. So the laundry needs to have a plan B.

Príjemné ubytovanie - boli sme tu veľmi spokojní.

Byt bol krásny, čistý a priestranný. Nachádzal sa v tichej, trochu úzkej uličke. Manžel je našťastie šikovný šofér. Je to trošku nepraktické pri vykladaní/nakladaní vecí z/do auta ale susedia a šoféri boli ohľaduplní. Mali sme možnosť uskladniť si aj bicykle v pivnici. Všetky informácie a komunikácia s majiteľkou boli ok. Osobne sme sa nestretli ale Carlotta veľmi dobre a rýchlo komunikovala cez Whatsapp. Parkovanie je o uličku nižšie pri autoservise, nebol to pre nás žiadny problém. Auto sme využívali minimálne. Pred odchodom z ubytovania treba vyniesť separovaný odpad do košov na verejnom parkovisku. Treba tak urobiť pred odovzdaním kľúčov od ubytovania do schránky, pretože sú koše uzamykateľné a kľúčik od nich je na zväzku. Túto inštrukciu som nepochopila (moja chyba), preto sme potom museli vyhodiť odpadky na okraji mesta do neuzamknutých košov. Mestečko má úžasnú atmosféru a z ubytovania je do centra len kúsok. Taká drobnosť, ktorú by bolo fajn doplniť - sieťky proti hmyzu. Možno by potom hostia viac vetrali. Inak žiadne pripomienky. Ubytovanie môžem len odporučiť.

Trošku nás ráno rušili susedia, ktorí bývajú nad apartmánom (vysávanie, hlasné klopkanie topánok - dosť skoro ráno). Ale za to Carlotta nemôže.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Torri del Benaco. Carlotta war eine freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung hält, was die Beschreibung und die Fotos versprechen. Gerne wieder.

Genialer Kurztrip

Die Lage war sehr zentral, eigener reservierter Parkplatz top, alternativ auch weitere Parkmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe, Kontakt sehr nett !! Alles über whats app abgewickelt, Beschreibbungen/Ratgeber sehr detailliert. Gerne wieder !!

Понравилось всё. Заезд простой: инструкции выслались нам заранее и можно было заехать раньше времени. Очень уютные аппартаменты с продуманными мелочами. На кухне есть всё необходимое:кастрюли, сковородки(6!!! и они в отличном состоянии), бокалы, стаканы, тостер, кофеварка, бумажные полотенца. Также были чай, кофе, сахар, масло подсолнечное, уксус, спагетти. Было очень уютно. Украшена ёлочка, чувствовалось праздничная атмосфера. На каждого было по три полотенца. Ооочень удобные кровати в обеих спальнях, балкон и просторная ванная комната со всем необходимым. Везде очень чисто! Спасибо огромное Карлотте! С удовольствием вернёмся!

Séjour très agréable dans la jolie petite station de Torri del Benaco, idéalement située sur le lac

Nous avons apprécié pouvoir arriver dans un créneau horaire large puisque les clés étaient dans une boite à clés. L'appartement était spacieux, confortable, bien équipé , très propre et parfaitement situé. Si nous n'avons pas croisé notre hôte , nous étions en contact régulier avec Carlotta , qui était très sympathique et très réactive.

Tout était parfaitement conforme à nos attentes. Place de parking très appréciée, même si à quelques centaines de mètres de la maison.

Es war sehr schön

Lage top, wenige Gehminuten zum Ort und zum See. Treppen wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Wohnung sehr sauber. Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt zum Vermieter unkompliziert

Der Blick vom (sehr beengten) Balkon ist nicht gut. Man schaut in ungepflegte Gärten. Der Bewohner der oberen Etage im Haus sind deutlich zu hören. Ab morgens 7:30 Uhr kann man deren Tagesablauf zuhören - Toilettenspülung, Dusche, Schritte, laufen... Das war etwas störend, lässt sich aber nicht ändern.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat jede Frage schnell beantwortet. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
