About this house rental
Beautifully decorated and well kept townhome with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Great location close to the beach and town center. The 1st level has 2 bedrooms (the 1st with a queen bed and the 2nd with 2 twin/single beds) and 1 hallway bathroom. The washer and dryer are also located on this level. The middle level has 1 bedroom (with 2 twin/single beds and a private deck), a full bath, as well as the living, dining and kitchen areas. The main deck is located off of the open floor plan living area, making it the perfect spot for family entertainment! Dining table and island bar seating. The 3rd/top level has 2 bedrooms and the a full hall bath. 1st room has a pyramid bunk (double bed on the bottom and single on the top and twin trundle underneath) and the 2nd bedroom on this level has a queen bed and private deck. This is a perfect rental for your family vacation!

Perfect Family friendly home. Location was perfect also and only couple blocks from beach.

Great house. Lots of room. Everyone comfortably had their own floor and bathroom. The kitchen was sorely lacking in silverware (we constantly ran out of spoons and knives), no mixer or hand masher. Pots were scratched and the non stick was destroyed. No rugs in bathrooms so be careful climbing out of shower onto floor. I would definitely stay here again as the house and location were terrific, but I would bring a few essentials for the kitchen. We had to go to the store to get a dish rack and drying mat, and left them for the next tenant. All in all a great week and a nice house. I would just advise chefs to be aware 😉. Oh and the only TV is in living room which means no TV after kiddies go to bed as the sound would carry and that was difficult for my husband who likes to watch TV at night
