35th St beach area is twice as wide as other Avalon beaches giving you and your family ample space on the beach to spread out and enjoy.
A short walk to restaurants and all towns fun. No busy hotels or loud businesses near property. This is an extremely well kept/ and cleaned property with all appliances having been recently upgraded. Note: This is a side-by-side townhouse. Features include 4 bedrooms/Private Master BR on 3rd floor 2 1/2 baths. Sunset and bay views from the decks on comfortable outdoor furniture.
