Open Space of CASAISOLADELBA: 80 meters from the beach, light and airy miniapartment in a villa with a shared park, perfect for a couple!
Free wi-fi, wash mashine, parking, dogs allowed.
My fresh and cosy mini apartament, a few steps from the sea, in a 1,500 sqm park among pines, flowers and palm trees is located less than 100 meters from the beach of Margidore (1 km of pebbles in a frame of wonderful colors) and 300 meters, all in the plains, from Lacona beach (1.2 km of fine sand).
CASAISOLADELBA includes a three-rooms VILLA for 4 people and an OPEN SPACE mini apartment that can also be rented separately with separate entrances.
OPEN SPACE of CASAISOLADELBA:
It is a mini apartment which can accommodate two people and consists of:
- Spacious double bedroom which can be accessed through large French doors from the garden, large wardrobe + chest of drawers, TV.
- Large bathroom with a shower
- Small kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, pots, plates, cutlery, etc.
- Paved with curtain in front of the Open Space with table, chairs and chaise long.
- External wash basin.
- Car parking in the property
- Free WI-FI
A third bed or a camping cot for children up to three years is available on request.
A high chair is available on request
Bed linen and towel sets are available on request with little extra.
In July and August in Lacona campsites and tourist villages organize evening entertainment shows for their customers that may be annoying for lovers of absolute silence.
During the day you can enjoy the warm sun of nearby beaches or the cool relaxation of the garden and after sunset you can dive into the nightlife of Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro, Marina di Campo or Portoferraio which are all about 10-15 minutes by car, or opt for a quiet walk by the sea.

Die Küche draußen ist nicht privat und sehr einfach. Die Gäste des größeren Apatments sitzen - besonders störend am Abend nach 24 Uhr - direkt unter dem Fenster des Schlafzimmers des Studios, man kann jedes Wort verstehen. Wenn man das Fenster zum Lüften offen lässt, raucht der Grill direkt ins Zimmer.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Dopo tre anni, siamo tornati da Isabella e non ci siamo sbagliati. Villetta stupenda con un bel giardino, dove ti puoi rilassare e i miei cani hanno potuto giocare. Isabella è molto ospitale, gentile e cortese e infatti dal primo giorno non ci siamo sentiti ospiti ma carissimi amici. Come sempre è pronta a dare suggerimenti per trascorrere una bella vacanza e conoscere posti nuovi.
Sicuramente non mancheremo di tornare a soggiornare da lei.

Sono stata a fine agosto con la mia famiglia e il nostro piccolo Yorkshire. Una settimana in pieno relax. Bellissima la spiaggia a pochi passi con poca gente e acqua cristallina. Una posizione strategica per gite nelle cittadine più rinomate dell'isola. Il nostro cagnolino ha potuto scorazzare liberamente per il giardino ben tenuto e interamente recintato.
Isabella sempre gentile e premurosa ha saputo accoglierci nel migliore dei modi dandoci preziosi consigli su dove passare le serate. Comlimenti Isabella, torneremo sicuramente a trovarti l'anno prossimo.
