About this lodge
Ossipee Lake House is a perfect location for summer fun on the lake with a private 100' wide, 25' deep, gradual sloping, shallow water, sandy beach. Relax on the 47' x 11' deck or the 45' x 15' terrace, with hot tub, overlooking the beach and lake. Enjoy water skiing, boating, playing volleyball at the sandbar, going out for ice cream, pizza and coffee by boat. This home comes with a pontoon boat (in season). Golfing is 5 miles down the road. This home is equipped with all your vacation needs. You will not need to bring anything but the clothes you'll need. Linens, beach towels and any other kind of towel you'd need are provided. There is a wet bar off the terrace, laundry, and much much more. The living room is great to sit around watching your favorite sporting event on the HD 50'' flat screen TV with ROKU or watch from your bar stool at your very own wet bar!! Perfect for families with children. We have great feedback from all guests!! All TV's have ROKU. Winter months are awesome as well.
Four seasons of fun!!: This property offers more then just summer fun. In the fall enjoy leaf peeping, pumpkin picking, hiking or chilling out on the beach by a fire. In the winter months have a blast skiing, skating, and sledding, with so many ski resorts close by. Whether you are looking for a quaint family mountain or mountain for big time skiers, you will find it all locally. If you are getting cabin fever and tired of the winter months start off your spring with a nice relaxing week or weekend away. There is plenty to do in the spring or just sit and enjoy the spring time in Ossipee NH on the lake. You can sit on the beach by your campfire reading your favorite book or in the jacuzzi. There is a dart board(you must provide your own darts) a ping pong table, a bubble hockey game and a foosball game. These are just a few of the things you can do at The Lake House on Ossipee Lake!!

This was our 3rd year at this wonderful home and we will be returning next year (by unanimous vote of my family).
The home and cottage is perfect for my family who range in number between 10 and 16, depending on work schedules. Age range is 13 to 72.
There is something for everyone. The beach is immaculate - pontoon boat to take us to sand bar volleyball and sunset cruises.
The home is extremely well kept. Kim and Jeff take pride in maintaining all areas within the property. Any questions, just call the property manager, he knows EVERYTHING about the house and the area.
Lots of hiking spots near-by, which is a favorite activity of my family. We don't eat out much because no one wants to leave to got to a restaurant, would much rather eat at "home" and sit around a campfire.
Highly recommend this home to all multi-generational and larger families.

Our extended family just finished our 4th visit to the Lake House. It once again was such a great experience, everyone had a great time. Jeff and Kim do a great job of making sure that everything that is needed for a Lake vacation is there, and there is no need to leave the house. Between the great beach, kayaks, swim dock, and pontoon boat it kept our 10 kids busy all day every day. We would recommend the Lake House to anyone!

This was our fourth year in a row staying at this great house on Lake Ossipee. Jeff and Kim really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The house has absolutely everything you could need (including the pontoon, kayaks, canoe, etc.), and is on a perfect spot on the lake. Great views, while also on a channel that keeps things nice and quiet. Thanks again Jeff and Kim!

This fabulous lake house was the perfect setting for our extended family vacation. Every thing is clean and very organized from the moment you walk in. The owners provide an information note book that answers questions you didn't even know you had! We had ages from 3 to 70+ and all were completely engaged. With the Beach, floating dock, kayaks, pontoon boat and hot tub, nobody ever asked to go anywhere!
I would indeed recommend this property to anyone.
