About this house rental
Your holiday right on the beach, just a few steps behind the dunes. From the sofa you can see the sea and the ships. Our cottage offers you comfort and a little luxury (sauna, whirlpool etc) ... just the place for a break.
In any weather, it is only a few minutes by car to the interesting Hanseatic city of Lübeck (World Cultural Heritage UNESCO).
2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds, one with double bed) also offer families good rest. Appealing and modern, the elegant living area offers satellite TV, DVD, radio / CD and sea views.
The modern fitted kitchen offers electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer.
A private sauna, the modern bathroom with spa bath and additional shower are included. Washer and dryer are at your disposal. An open porch, the terrace with garden furniture and a small garden await you.
The center of Travemünde can be reached by ferry (all day) on foot, by bike or car in a few minutes (2 km).
Included in the rent: heating, water, parking, sewage, waste
Further costs arise on site:
- Deposit in cash: 150 € on arrival
- Tourist tax (winter: 1.40, summer 2.80 per adult)
- Electricity consumption: 29C / kwh (for light, cooking, sauna, hot water)
to be expected: about 20-30 € per week
optional:
- The complete bed linen for up to 4 beds, plus up to 8 towels and 4 bath towels and always two tea towels can be provided for a small fee

Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Unser Vermieter hat sich sehr um unsere Belange gekümmert und war jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Die Wendeltreppe könnte für gangunsichere Personen problematisch sein.

Wir haben uns entschieden, den Jahreswechsel dieses Jahr ruhig und entspannt zu verbringen. Darum die Entscheidung ein Haus auf der schönen Halbinsel Priwall. Es war ein gute Entscheidung. Sehr schönes Haus mit Blick auf die Ostsee und den vorbeifahrenden "Pötten".
Das Haus als solches, ist bestens ausgestattet. TV; W Lan ; Küche, Bad und das Highlight die Sauna im Gartenhäuschen. Eine Ruhe in der Umgebung, wir haben jeden Tag bis 10:00 Uhr schlafen können. Einfach klasse darum von uns 5 Sterne ! Nächstes Jahr wieder !!!

Alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, schön ausgestattetes Ferienhaus es bleiben keine Wünsche übrig. Und was nicht unbedingt überall gilt es war alles super sauber, sowie eine super Betreuung durch Hr. Oloff.
Wir konnten einfach Ankommen und den Urlaub genießen. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
