The Apartamentos Monasterio de San Antonio are housed in a beautiful, over 200-year-old former convent building with a typical courtyard, winding staircases and a large sun terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and mountains. It is a good example of Canarian architecture. During the complete restoration in 2002, the originality and the charm were completely preserved. The mostly young international guests like to use Apartamentos Monasterio de San Antonio as an ideal starting point for mountain bike or hiking tours as well as for trips to the various regions of the island.

The house is located on the green outskirts of Icod de los Vinos at about 325 meters above sea level. The famous Dragon Tree and the historic city center are only about 800 meters away. It is a quiet location with beautiful mountain and Atlantic views. Nearby there are also restaurants, shops and supermarkets. One of the largest volcanic caves (La Cueva del Viento) is also nearby and the nearest beach (Playa de San Marcos) with bars and restaurants is just 3.5 km.

This apartment is located on the first floor of our house and is decorated in a rustic Mexican style. All windows are quiet to the courtyard. The apartment has a private balcony with sea views. The living area is divided into dinette directly at the window to the balcony, a kitchenette and the actual living area with sofa and two armchairs. The bathroom with shower is entered from the bedroom. German satellite TV or local Spanish television (on request). Of course, the large communal roof terrace can be used.
