About this house rental
This villa is located in the urbanization Doña Violeta, minutes walk from the first track of the Barrosa Beach. Undoubtedly, a privileged place to spend a few days of rest with friends or family.
It has a capacity for a maximum of six people.
The villa is distributed in three bedrooms, the first with double bed and the other two with two single beds each, living room and kitchen in an open space, the latter equipped with everything necessary for the stay (oven, microwave, hob, cookware, Italian coffee maker ....) and two full bathrooms with shower.
In the porch you have a table and chairs to enjoy the charming outdoor area of this house and the beautiful nights offered by the sky of Chiclana.
It has WiFi connection, air conditioning and ceiling fans for the summer.
The location of this villa offers numerous possibilities, as it is close to the area of Sancti Petri (known as the old fishing village of Sancti Petri), very close to the beach of La Barrosa and the exit towards Chiclana center is also very well located with respect to the villa.

El lavavajillas no funciona del todo bien. Y faltaba limpieza en la cocina un poco. El resto de la casa estaba limpia. Gracias, fue una buena estancia.

La campana de la cocina con mucha grasa. Limpieza se puede mejorar bastante.

No Wi-Fi at the property and no organised bed linen change for a 5 week stay.
Other issues:
No hairdryer at the property when we arrived, no wine glasses and only 1 tea towel provided. We complained the following day and these were supplied for us.
The washing machine is very old and noisy, after 3 days it made a loud bang, jumped out of its space in the kitchen, and was rocking from side to side during the final spin. We reported this fault and 2 days later the machine was repaired,and put back. During our stay the machine still made odd banging noises during the final spin which is scary and jumped out of its space again but not as badly as the first time. The machine really needs replacing.
The bbq had a stand but no burner so we had to buy this ourselves. The property is listed for 6 people but there was only 4 chairs and a small table in the property, we had to use the outdoor plastic table and 2 outdoor chairs to have a meal with our family inside.
Finally, a drain in one of the bathrooms had a problem and would occasionally smell, we had to put a towel over it when not in use.
