Located downtown Culver among shopping and restaurants. Loft apartment is above the Cafe Max. Sleeps 4. Hardwood floors, kitchen, bath, high speed wireless internet, expanded cable TV and king bed with twin & a trundle. The stairwell leading to apartment has 22 steps. No telephone is provide though great cell phone coverage. Plenty of natural light. CD with radio provided. A sound machine in sleeping area for those who find Culver too...yes it happens. It also muffles the morning radio that turns on at 6am in the cafe downstairs (for those who are light sleepers). Fresh linens for 4 persons provided. Discounts for adding week nights during off season. Winter discounts available. View all my Properties : 640987, 632832, 760155. This property sleeps 4 in an open concept (meaning no seperation). Two girlfriends and I stayed in this cute little apartment while in town for a friend’s wedding at Culver. Location was perfect for wedding-eve cocktail party at Cafe Max and within easy walk to CVS for forgotten items. Convenient free parking available on street in front of rental. Apartment was well-stocked, and bedding was comfortable. Stairs not easy for those with any mobility challenges.

This was the perfect apartment for me and my husband for Notte Dame game. It’s spacious, well decorated, comfortable furniture and bed, wonderful shower (but could use towel racks). I think parking options could have been better communicated rather than upon arrival. Also, the hallway to the apartment is very dark and apartment very hot. When expecting guests hallway light should already be turned on and AC set to comfortable temperature. Definitely not a game changer staying here just more convenient for the guests. Definitely will stay again!

The place was clean, comfortable and convenient to downtown Culver and CMA. It is an older place with a lot of charm and a unique style. The AC worked great. I did not notice any noise coming from downstairs like the description stated. The bed was very comfortable and the place had a nice kitchen. The owner was available to help with any questions. I would stay there again.

This is my 3rs time staying in this quaint apartment. This time I brought even more friends to see all that Culver has to offer. We had a fantastic time. The apartment has everything you need to relax, enjoy your company and be close to all that Culver has to offer. Amazing food at the Cafe Max (we ate there every meal and enjoyed some fabulous drinks!), unique shops, beautiful beach and lake and most of all the kind accommodating staff everywhere you go. I wi)l be back for sure!

Enjoyed our short time in The Loft while visiting our daughter at Culver. Very easy to find and host was responsive but we didn’t need much. Very charming space with comfortable bed. We didn’t hear anything downstairs but were pleasantly woken up to the food. Will stay again.

Our stay was perfect! The little town of culver is a hidden gem! Quiet, clean, Friendly! Delicious food and amazing service at the Max Cafe as well. The decor in the apt takes you back and gives you a sense of calm. The owner was quick to respond! The space is amazing. Waking to the smell of homeade cinnamon donuts was a plus too! We will be back for sure

We had a great stay at The Loft! It is such a cozy and comfy spot, and the location is perfect. It was fun to go down to Cafe Max for breakfast (delicious!) and then eating dinner at Lucrezia’s without having to drive home... just a quick walk upstairs! The loft was spotless, bed comfy, and towels nice and fluffy. We didn’t hear any noise coming from the cafe in the morning- that is a total non-issue. One suggestion I would make is to put a little nightstand/table at the bedside. Other than that, I couldn’t possibly think of anything that could make it any better. We would definitely want to stay here again!

It was a lovely property very convenient to everything . I was staying there while visiting my granddaughter at summer camp at the Culver Academies. I have to admit, I did have a problem with the stairs going up to the unit though. There are 23 stairs and I am in need of a total knee replacement, so that was difficult, but other than that the apartment was lovely very clean and Susie was very responsive .

This apartment was so relaxing...I didn't want to leave. Susie was awesome and fixed the one issue I had before I got back from campus. I am a pretty light sleeper and really did not hear anything from Cafe Max until I woke up. Would definitely stay again
