It's close to the beach-Access to the garden and braai facilities which is nice if you have kids. Cleaned daily. Ocean view
The flat does need a bit of a revamp and reno-We have used it for years and its just looking a bit old. Its a simple place which is fine but could do with a few more quality pans etc.

Excellent location, was great to walk along the promenade in the evenings. Easy walk to Pearl Mall and restaurants. Would choose this accommodation again purely for the location and value for money.
The flat is not as modern as it looks like in the pictures. Although it was small, it had everything that we needed.

Was nice place but,
Sliding door battle to open and close
Corkscrew was broken
Fan in living room noisy
One deck chair broken
Could not sit back on Other deck if not against a wall.
Guy cutting grass did not even sweep the patio after cutting grass.
