The host was very responsive. The staff were helpful and warm. The house is in good shape. The pool and terrace are absolute highlights. We used it for family socializing, looking at the gorgeous ocean view, cooling off, star gazing…. It’s amazing. It’s a house on the ocean and exposed to the elements, but it’s beautiful. The staff provided great maintenance while we were there.

We had a great time, Ms Ava the manager was very nice and accommodating. Our private drive Rafi was amazing, the masseuse Eva was great! The view was beautiful and peacefulThe place needs some work or touch ups and probably could use some more supplies but overall we had a great time!

From the minute you walk in the front door, you know you are staying somewhere special!Location is amazing, space is fantastic, and the privacy this property has is perfect for anyone hosting large families.The only downfall was the general maintenance and lack of facilities for the price.There is no dishwasher, no air conditioning to the common areas and no blinds.While blinds are not needed for privacy, they made watching the TV impossible during daylight hours.The pool was missing tiles, the external tiles were slippery when wet and cracked on one side of the entertaining area.The property is in need of general maintenance and some cosmetic work if the owners wish to achieve the current price.

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa. The villa was clean and had the amenities that we needed. The patio was huge and accommodated all of us without feeling crowded. The pool was breathtaking with views of the ocean. We were provided plenty of towels for the whole family to use. There was 5 of us everyone had there own bedroom. There were 2 large master bedrooms with attached bathrooms with a soaking tub with a view of the ocean and 1 more bathroom for the other 2 rooms to share. The kitchen area was huge and offered everything to be able to cook or bake and eat your meals there. We had a problem with ants coming in and Mrs. Va and her team promptly took care of it. The whole staff was kind & efficient one of the housekeepers Sera provided us with information about places to go, she was really a nice & kind person. Mrs Va provided us with choices of areas to go eat, transportation & things to do. Thank you for a wonderful experience.Cynthia W. & Family
