About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to TING, a true Zen-inspired guest house retreat with private gated access and 3,800 square feet of luxury living.
A gated resort-like luxury guest house for your perfect vacation just for you and your family- on a 40 acres wooded property.

We, the owners and hosts live in the adjacent main house and are there for you, whenever you need help.
The rental calendar fills up pretty quickly. We do have a 5-night minimum policy. But if you see "holes" in the calendar with less than 5 nights, please contact us and ask if you can still book those dates through a last minute booking.
The word “Ting” comes from the Celtic tradition of “thin places:” ( look up the definition on the web)

Here at the TING, you will experience Montana at its finest. Experience the magic of the Treasure State in our exclusive vacation guest house rental. Savor the sweeping panoramic views of the Missouri River, Lake Hauser, and the Helena City Valley from your room, perched on a hilltop overlooking our 40 acres of forested land.
The TING is like a five-star resort, but you’ll never have to worry about other guests. An unmatched, private luxury experience is yours for the taking, and every detail has been thoughtfully planned to make your stay unforgettable. You are invited to explore and make the most of it.
Enjoy elevated home comforts with many amenities. Our luxury guest house villa has two master king suites, both have air-conditioning units and are outfitted with fine linens and bedding, plus walk-in closets and spa-inspired bathrooms. It features a four-person steam sauna and shower, as well as a meditation room.
You’ll be able to breathe in the fresh mountain air with a 270 degree wrap-around tower- balcony overlooking the whole valley.
The TING is a place for gathering. Food brings us all closer. Take advantage of an open concept, fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen overlooks the beautiful living room, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV with access to Hulu and Netflix and YouTube-tv. Connect your SPOTIFY account with our Sonos sound system, and enjoy your music throughout the entire house.
Floor-to-ceiling windows bring nature to you in this luxurious villa, but Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, in case you don’t want to quite get away from it all. Laundry facilities, an office, and ample parking are also included in the guest house.
As our guest, you’ll also have access to other amenities on the property. An enchanting infinity waterfall leads to a state of the art, stainless steel outdoor swimming pool—and it’s always 90 degrees from June to October. There is an outdoor shower, a six-person jacuzzi hot tub, a Finnish sauna, and a well-equipped gym.
You’re also welcome to our more recreational amenities, including a 7-hole putting green, a horseshoe track, and Boccia court. But don’t let your stay be all work and no play: you’ll also have at your disposal a covered outdoor fire-pit, pool house, and Tiki bar. We even have a beach! Our "Private South Beach" features fine grain white sand and 2 lounge chairs, from where you can bask in the sun overlooking the pool, garden, and Hauser Lake.
TING is located one mile from Lake Hauser and 15 minutes from the richly historic Helena, MT. For fly fishing enthusiasts, we are just thirty-five minutes to the fly-fishing town Craig and the headwaters of the Missouri River. For skiers, we are 30 minutes to Great Divide.

The Guest house is well appointed and the property is magical. Our family of four adult's had a wonderful experience. The rooms had portable AC units so we all slept comfortably. One of the days we had additional family and friends on site for an event. The Owners on site were a delight and actually made the experience better. If your looking for a place that has the best of Montana Views and beauty in a convenient and well appointed property this is the place for you.

My family stayed at Ting for a week in July. It could not have been a more beautiful property and location! Nick and Christine were incredibly nice and provided 5-star service and accommodations. We wish we had more time to get to know them more as they have such interesting backgrounds and experiences.
The guest house had everything we needed and more. And there was so much to do right on property, with the lake only a few minutes away for paddle boarding and kayaking. We look forward to our next stay at Ting.
