Welcome to Keahou Estates, a private and gated subdivision at an elevation of 518 feet above the beautiful south Kona coastline, where the surf’s whisper greets you upon wakening and lullabies you to sleep at night. We are just around the corner from several restaurants, a grocery and a drug store, plus a movie theater; the snorkel beach is only 2 miles down the road; and downtown Kona is a short and scenic ten-minute drive. Our home is nestled in the preferred south end of the neighborhood--well away from the sounds of traffic on the main roads--and near the end of a cul-de-sac. You'll find lush landscaping on either side for maximum privacy—you won’t even know you have neighbors! We sit well above the houses below, so much so that we can easily boast the best (and dare we say the most romantic) sunset view in the entire neighborhood.

Our home is in like-new condition and professionally decorated. You are going to love the modern furnishings, the travertine flooring throughout, as well as our new 77” LG OLED TV and state of the art surround sound system in the Great Room! Each of the four bedrooms has its own marble-tiled, full bathroom, as well as its own flat screen television, and private lanai. The master bedroom has even more: it’s own 77” LG OLED TV, a whirlpool tub, and an outdoor shower garden. We guarantee that after enjoying a shower in our new outdoor tropical shower garden, you will find it hard to ever shower indoors again! Granite countertops and custom cabinets line the open kitchen, which would make any chef happy with its Jenn-Air gas range and Dacor double oven and microwave. For casual dining, four wicker bar stools pull up to the over-sized kitchen island. The distressed teakwood dining table (one of a kind from Indonesia) seats eight. As for the living room, relax in comfort as you enjoy the entertainment of the High Definition TV with DVD and surround-sound speakers. Finally, don’t miss the vaulted ceilings that span the entire living space! Open the sliding screen doors and let the outside in: ours is truly a floor plan that takes advantage of the island breezes.

Because let’s not forget that you’re in Hawaii; you’re going to want to spend most of your time outdoors. Feel free to laze away your days in the infinity pool with its waterfall feature. We’ve got lounge chairs for tanning, cushioned chairs for reading and/or conversation, and Adirondacks for whale-watching--or just daydreaming (coffee, anyone?)! Before you know it, you’ll be enjoying all your meals in our Bali-inspired, covered outdoor dining area--fully equipped with a gas grill for outdoor cooking, stainless steel sink, Frigidaire refrigerator, flat screen TV, and cocktail bar. Gather ‘round the antique wagon-wheel table from Bali for pupus every night at 6pm sharp: once you’ve experienced our gorgeous sunset, you’ll never want to leave this private island getaway.
