4 Bedroom 31/2 bath - 1 King, 2 Queen, 4 Twin beds and a Sleeper Sofa. 4 TV's, WI-FI Available. 2 Car Garage. Golf Cart is included in rental. *No Smoking and No Pets. Washer, Dryer .Located in a private gated community with 24-hour security, with many resort amenities included. Ocean Side Village has a heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools, hot tub, splash pad, gym, tennis courts, pickle ball court bocce, basketball, baseball, horseshoes and lakes for fishing. Also children's playground.

I can’t say enough great things about this home and the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Moore. They’ve truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and stress-free, and they were incredibly responsive to any questions we had.The limo-style golf cart was perfect for hauling all our gear to the beach. Although we brought our own chairs and umbrellas, we were impressed to find the garage stocked with plenty of extras — a thoughtful touch for guests who may not have their own.The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows available. The kitchen was by far the best-stocked of any rental I’ve stayed in — everything we needed and more.I saw a comment in another review about the price, but I couldn’t disagree more. It’s rare to find a spacious, well-maintained four-bedroom home in OSV at this price point. The value is excellent.It’s clear the Moores take great pride in their home — and rightfully so. I would absolutely recommend renting from them. You won’t be disappointed!

The house is fabulous and for those with children and youngsters, the bedroom above the garage is perfect as we had 4 beds and an air mattress at our disposal for the kids. The house had everything you need and you can tell that the owners take great pride in their place. The golf cart was great for my son of 6 and sitting out back in the early morning watching the sun come up was great. Very quiet neighborhood and very friendly. Just a great location by the gate to run out for groceries and a quick 4 minute golf cart ride to park and walk out on the beach. Could not have been happier with the week and will be looking to book for next year on the 4th as the village does it right, from the parade to the fly overs and fireworks.Thank you for the great week.

If there is a downside to this property, it was price. Otherwise, this place was awesome with zero problems and the total comfort of home! If you can afford it, it’s well worth it!

This was my very first experience with staying at a vacation home...I usually stay at a resort or hotel. I had a lot of questions about the process and the property. Pam was a gem. She answered every question promptly whether email, text or over the phone. Once I got to the property with my guests, I was so excited. It really was a home away from home. The property was clean and well maintained. Additionally, Pam had left a folder with helpful information about the property and community. I didn’t know much about the community before my arrival, but once there we found several nice restaurants and several things for the kiddos to do. Also, it was only about a 30 minute drive from Myrtle.I would definitely give this property 5 out of 5 stars and put it at the top of my list of places to stay again.
