About this apartment rental

Make our spacious 1500 sq ft condo your home base for exploring the Coachella Valley. We are members of the fitness center, so you have full access to the fitness center, main pool, tennis and pickle ball courts. We have had a great time furnishing, and decorating our condo to get it ready for guests. Our kitchen is well stocked to meet all your cooking needs. It’s our vacation getaway. We love it, and we hope you do too. IMPORTANT NOTES: Due to Homeowner's Association rules, this condo can only be rented for a minimum of 30 nights. The lessee does not need to occupy the property for the full 30 day period, but the term of the agreement must be 30 days. Please email us with any questions you may have. We had a very pleasant stay in Craig and Naomi’s condo on the golf course fairway in Indio. Check in was so well organized. The condo was supplied with all the basic necessities. The condo is spacious, the ensuite luxurious and the gas barbecue was awesome. We appreciated the hosts’ timely response to assist when needed. Thank you, Craig and Naomi.
