- The apartment sits above a private garage, which is used by owner.
(owner parks a car and stores a boat in winter).
- There is one queen bed in the bedroom, the living room has a sofa (not a sofa bed). Day bed in the main room.
- sheets and towels, are provided.

Deposit & Rent -
50% of rent and deposit due at time of booking.
The remaining 50% of the rent is due 30 days before the stay.

Everything about this place was perfect. It was very clean and equipped with anything you may need. Walking distance to local restaurants and stores and the views from the property were amazing! Hope to go back next year.

We so enjoyed your lovely lake view apartment! The view of the lake and mountains was beautiful! It’s just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The check-in was easy and the caretakers stopped by to introduce themselves and inquired if we needed anything else. The apartment was clean and well kept. We absolutely loved just sitting out on dock watching the loons, ducks and boaters. We had an exceptional view of the 3rd of July fireworks! It is within walking to the public beach, shops restaurant, convenience store and churches. We would definitely stay here again on our next Rangeley adventure. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us!

We had a great stay on the lake. We were walking distance to all the amenities, and located in a peaceful, quiet location. The apartment was comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed. We hope to go back next year.
