Luxury and Modern Fully Furnished Condo in beautiful Miraflores District

Property located in the Miraflores area; very clean unit and modern building. Close to beach area and shopping. Definitely would recommend. Owners professional, attentive and courteous.

We stayed for 12 days in this condo and the check in was great. Vanessa who is the wife's owner was very helpful and always willing to help. The condo was very clean and we loved how it was decorated. Also it has all of the amenities that you are looking to feel like home. It was close to the ocean and parks. It is safe and well located if you want to take a walk and relax. The main Miraflores park is few blocks from this condo. We highly recommend this condo and for sure, We would love to stay again in this place!

This property is fantastic, centrally located in Miraflores, safe, clean and very comfortable. Location. Centrally located, 10-15 min walk to the beach, parks, Parque Kennedy, Indian Market. Plenty of dining options around and a few small markets and supermarkets very close. I walked every where within Miraflores, and only took transport when visiting Baranco, Surco and other districts. Security. Miraflores is very safe, clean and secure. The building is gated and attended every day but Sunday. Very nice, clean and secure. This is a residential neighborhood and relatively quiet. Comfort. I felt at home at the condo, and was very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely sized, laundry on site was extremely convenient, and rooms were very nicely sized. The smaller bathroom has a small shower with water pressure and temp that is not so great. My travel companion was not happy with her bathroom. My bathroom was spacious, tub and shower and I had no issues with water temperature or pressure. Bed was comfortable and good lighting and outlets available. Noise is noise from traffic, but did not really bother me at all. It is a city of 8 million and really wasn't as significant to me as to others that have reviewed. The one thing I did have a problem with was the wifi. It was very sporadic, especially in the evenings. In the daytime it was fine but at night, when I was there and needed it was not reliable. I managed using my data through my cell provider and my boyfriend's wifi. It is the only thing that was more or a inconvenience, but easily remedied with an updated router. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. John was very helpful and responsive through the process, and Vanessa was friendly and very accommodating. This was my first trip to Lima, and having a nice place to call home for the time there made the trip that much better. I would highly recommend this property or any of John's properties that he offers.
