Certainly one of the best locations in Porticcio, central and close to all amenities on foot! in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful white sand beach of the bay of Ajaccio.
With an exceptional sea view, this beautiful and comfortable T2 apartment of 50m ², is air conditioned and fully equipped, it is on the ground floor in a luxury residence private and secure 15mn from Ajaccio airport, ideal 2 to 4 people (2 couples or 1 couple and 2 children).
Ideally located in the heart of Porticcio, 450m from the beautiful beach of La Viva and the pier of the shuttle boat to Ajaccio. All amenities (Carrefour Market, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, scoop, shops, car rental ...), entertainment (night market, restaurants, bars and nightclubs) and activities (nautical center, jet-ski, departures excursions to Bonifacio and the creeks of Piana, ...) can be done on foot, even for children, no need for a car!
The terrace of 30m² extends on a green and flowery space which you can enjoy and has 2 tables, 4 chairs and 2 armchairs, a garden furniture, two sunbeds, a parasol and a barbecue electric. The terrace offers a privileged and clear view facing the sea and the setting sun without any opposite.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, a hood, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, an oven, a microwave and all the necessary dishes.
The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a basin with plenty of storage, hair dryer and separate WC.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed 160cm (top quality Dunlopillo mattress) with chaise longue, a TV and a large sideboard with storage.
The bedroom has a double bed 160cm also, a large closet with wardrobe and shelves, a dresser 6 drawers and a second television.
