Room sizes are all to minimum, but still ok.

Good location and very good with our two dogs, garden was big enough.Bedroom needs some updating and the a/c unit was very noise in the bedroom so we could not use.Could not use the parking space with our seven seater as neighbour kept blocking our garage. Would go back ,house was confortable and exactly what we wanted.
