Location is very convenient very near to LRT station. Also not too far from major super market chains and short taxi ride to Mall of Asia.
Owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Few of my additional requests were handled quickly. The rooftop was currently closed and they have quite strict corona rules still when it comes to using swimming pool or having visitors.
Building has a small store on ground floor which is really convenient. In general I was happy to stay bit over 2 months here.
