About this house rental

The 'Super Bee' 6-person high speed lift is true ski-in/ski-out from our Village by Point Townhouses complex - easy flat 2 minute walk! The Super Bee lift does not service beginner terrain, but there is a convenient shuttle next door to all locations in Copper Mountain. The Snow Tubing Hill is slopeside to our townhomes. Our complex 14-person hot tub is under a 1 minute walk, where can watch all the slope side action. The Copper Station Day Lodge is the building next door for lift tickets, ski rentals, restaurant and bar, apres-ski entertainment, coffee shop and shopping. See our Google Earth picture to see how close the unit is to everything.

There is lots of room in this large 1300 sq foot two-level townhouse (top corner unit on 3rd and 4th floor accessible by stairs). We have a L-shaped leather couch that will sit your whole group. Large kitchen and dining room. Maximum occupancy is 8 and there are 5 beds (2 king, 1 queen, twin bunkbed). One covered parking spot is designated for this unit. Two parking permits are provided, a second car may park in a first-come-first-serve guest spot in Village Point. Our unit has a large ski locker in front of the unit's parking space (directly below unit).

For summer, our townhouse is right on the Copper Creek Golf Course with golf carts at Copper Station next door. Copper Station hosts summer weddings. Copper Mountain Resort offers lots of summer activities.

Steps to superbee made this a prime location for 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 11 to 16. We cooked all our meals in the condo and came back and forth as we needed breaks from skiing. We played card games and board games in the evening and had a fabulous time. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Came to town to spend a week outdoors with my husband and several friends. We were thrilled with the condo. Everything was perfect and as advertised. Lots of room for 6 adults and everything we could possibly need was there. Also loved the decks and the hot tub. The owners were very helpful when we decided to add days on the beginning of our vacation. If we come back next year we hope to stay here again

The condo is really well stocked and comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need to make pretty much any meal you can think of, and the grill is right outside the door. Beds were super comfy. Beautiful views of the mountains and steps from all East Village amenities. The hot tub was a highlight for the skiers in the group! Everything about this stay was easy and Sue was very responsive when we had questions.

Wonderful condo with five star location! Ample space for our family ski trip with our adult children, seven total. We loved the ease of getting on the SuperBee lift just steps from our door, and the outdoor hot tub was perfect at the end of our long ski days. Free shuttle service to/from center village was so easy to use. Beware of parking as owner has stated- we parked in the wrong Lot by mistake and wound up with a hefty ticket. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Convenient location super close to the main area and bus stop that goes to other lifts. Had everything we needed for our stay and Thanksgiving Holiday including plenty of utensils, cookware and updated appliances. The fireplace gave a nice touch. The hot tub looked great with an amazing view.

This condo was steps away from fun!! You have the Superbee, the snow maze and tubing to name a few. There is plenty of sleeping options. We were able to cook out burgers on the spacious porch. It was so relaxing sitting out there too! Having two parking spaces was a bonus. I can’t say enough; a great vacation all around!

Very nice property. Two large bedrooms with king beds and a smaller bedroom with bunks. Murphy bed in living room area worked great. Spacious dining area, spacious kitchen, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, spices, two nice humidifiers, excellent entertainment center and great access to lift, public transportation and amenities. I'd stay there again.

Everything we needed to have a great ski-trip! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and living space. All within a very short and easy walk to the Super Bee lift (no beginner terrain access) or shuttle stop. Ski locker conveniently located on ground level directly in front of reserved parking space. Very easy and convenient check in/out process. Don't hesitate at all to reserve this property! One Note: Climbing three flights of exterior stairs is required to access the condo - which was not at all an issue for us but might be a consideration for some.

Everything was right there…lift, hot tub, food to go, shuttles. Condo had all amenities and kept beautifully. We were skiing with 4 of our 16-26 year old children and we could t have had a better time. Also checked out Glenwood hot springs which was worth the trip.

Everything was just as advertised. Picturesque views from windows, 1min walk to Ski super bee lift ,free shuttles to center and west village are often. Steps from the ski rental location and other village shops. Can take free bus to Breckinridge with one transfer if necessary. Plenty of room, cooking supplies, games, tvs etc. beds were super comfortable. Cozy fire place and Internet works great! Would rent this place again for sure. Susan emailed us back immediately when we had questions. Room for 2 cars to park nearby, but cArs not really necessary.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! Everything was just as shown on the site. We had one question for Susan while we were there and she responded within minutes! This a great location as it's close to so many cities if you want to go explore. The only downside was our youngest said the top bunk wasn't comfortable but she had a blast sleeping on a recliner instead. We had a great time! Would definitely recommend staying here! The location of the condo was ok unless you are accustomed to having a true ski in/out. It was a little inconvenient to have to get on the shuttle everyday, unless you ski blacks. The one lift closest to this condo leads to mostly black runs. Condo is located up three flights of stairs, no elevator. Sleeping arrangements were good for the number of people we had (8 adults) One problem we had that would be an easy fix was the number of towels provided. We stayed five days and there were 8 TOTAL towels for 8 adults. Also, the water turned cold after two showers, so it took a while for everyone to get ready. We didn't get to make use of the outdoor hot tub because there was no inside walking to and from. At freezing temps it would have been miserable to walk back wet. Our group is used to having everything accessible that is offered in the description. We were three flights up and the washer/dryer was on bottom floor. We thought it was in condo. We probably mis-read. The owners were AMAZING! Accessible anytime we needed them. Returned callas and messages quickly. What you probably would NOT find somewhere else is the ability to ask for early arrival without additional charge and this family was so very kind to allow us to do that. We drove a long way and was ready to get in and get settled and they had no problem at all helping out. As a matte of fact, their family was occupying the condo the weekend we arrived and left early so we would get in. We were grateful!! I would recommend this condo. The above issues would not keep me from going back. Beautiful and roomy space. Thank you for a very enjoyable trip! Can't wait until the next time.
