This open floor plan condo offers you the space you need for you and your family as well as your extended family and friends. From the beautiful bright decor to the gorgeous golf course views, every detail about this home will delight you as soon as you walk through the door. Year after year visitors come back to Magnolia because they love the home away from home feeling they experience when staying in this premier Condo Complex. It is truly one of the most popular and most visited rental destinations along The Grand Strand. With it's convenient location close to all the areas attractions you will never be more than a 2-5 minutes from the beach, Dining, Broadway At The Beach, Shopping Malls, Outlets Stores, Convention Center, Airport, and all the Myrtle Beach Sports Venues.
This condo is appointed nicely with 1 king in the primary bedroom and a split king bed in the second bedroom. It will accommodate 4 guest very comfortably. This building has an elevator for easy access to the 2nd floor condo. After a few rounds of golf or a long day on the beach you may want to enjoy one of The Grand Strand's top dining destinations or stay in and relax with a meal at home. There are grills located around the complex for your convenience as well as a nicely equipped kitchen that will allow you to cook a gourmet meal if you like. This condo is awesome for entertaining or just relaxing.

Plus, we keep you close to all of the area’s best shopping, dining, entertainment, golf and sightseeing, from North Myrtle Beach to the center of it all – and beyond!

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Out of all the VRBOs I’ve stayed in—and trust me, there have been many—this two-bedroom condo overlooking the golf course stands above the rest. From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into a serene, high-end retreat. The listing was spot-on, with every photo perfectly capturing the beauty and quality of the space. What I found was even better in person: spotless interiors, flawless upkeep, and a vibe so fresh it felt brand new. Need to replace carpet, lots of stains, suggest some other type of flooring instead. Need to replace shower curtain in MB. Need to replace bedding in MB. Need to update TV in LR, (such as a smart TV) Need to replace blinds on balcony door.
