This condo has a great location. You can walk off the back porch and you are just a few steps from the pool. Baytown Wharf was full of activity. The golf cart was very convenient to get to and from the beach. Make note, however, that because you have a golf cart, you do NOT have any shuttle privileges. That was a little problematic for us since we had plans to enjoy the resort separately. Overall, I'd book it again, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a very nice unit. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. It was very convenient to walk out the door and the pool and fitness center were just a few steps away. The batteries needed to be replaced in the smoke detectors and someone was sent out to fix it promptly. It was a bonus to have a golf cart. We even drove it to Grand Blvd shopping center and Publix and didnt have to drive our vehicle any.

Comfortable retreat with easy access to the pool, village restaurants, and private parking garage. As with any rental, we noticed a few maintenance issues, that if were a primary home, would be unacceptable, but as a short term vacation rental, easy to deal with. The maintenance issue I would suggest making a priority is the clothes dryer. There is definitely something broken with it’s ability to produce heat. As for the subject of cleanliness...I would say it is one of the best experiences we have had in a rental. Everything was immaculate and the welcome music and info gift set were a great touch. The no contact check-in was simple as well with the use of the app provided. We will recommend this property to our friends.
