Apartment with private spa.
On the first floor with external stairs, large living room with fireplace and large panoramic window overlooking the city and the garden. Two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, possibility to add a sofa bed in the living room.
Kitchen equipped with all comforts and bathroom with extra large shower.
Ideal for families or holidays with friends, small terrace and large garden with the possibility of a walk among the olive trees from which we produce excellent organic oil. Private space for eating outside and swimming pool shared with only three other families.
Wi-Fi, final cleaning, linen, a private covered parking, a washing machine and an iron are available.
Santa Chiara is an ancient complex, a former convent of 600, carefully restored and consists of a large building that houses three apartments as well as the home of the owner. It is located on the top of a hill just outside Siena (only 15 minutes walk from Piazza del Campo where the famous Palio is run twice a year!). It is accessed through a gate and a tree-lined avenue that flows into a large garden with ample parking facilities and beautiful views of both the city and the hills typical of the Tuscan landscape. It is surrounded by 5 hectares of well-kept countryside, with a large olive grove that produces an excellent extra virgin olive oil. The estate can be turned on foot making a pleasant walk going to rest under a centenary oak tree.

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. The property is beautiful and it feels like you are isolated, but then you simply walk 15-20 minutes to the centre of Siena. Mario and Anna are attentive, kind hosts who go out of their way to help in any way they can. We loved our stay here.

Santa Chiara was a beautiful apartment in a classic Tuscan landscape. Very comfortable rooms, well appointed. And we very much enjoyed the private pool with a view, especially after the heat of Florence. Can’t recommend highly enough. Mario and Anna were lovely hosts.

Our family recent toured Italy and this was one of our favorite places to stay. The apartment was decorated like a traditional Tuscan home but with all the modern conveniences. It had plenty of room for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The grounds were so beautiful and we loved the pool. I liked how it was set outside of the city but stil walking distance. There is a cute little market at the end of the street to pick up some necessities. Mario and Anna were great! We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment on a gorgeous property in Tuscany. Anna and Mario were always available with wonderful suggestions and information about the area. Easy walk into Siena (uphill). The only disappointment was that the hydro spa is not heated after April. Too cold to use in May. Otherwise, the stay could not have been better!
