In pratica tutto! Proprietario molto disponibile. Appartamento bello comodo e pulitissimo. Dotato di tutti i comfort! Tutto nuovo. Molto bello anche il terrazzo! Ottima la vicinanza al mare. Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti! Lo consiglio vivamente

Eravamo 2 famiglie con un totale di 6 persone. Luca persona disponibilissima a qualsiasi esigenza, ci ha concesso più di quello che c'era scritto, casa nuova, pulitissima, con 2 balconi terrazzi a dir poco stupendi. Posizione favolosa a 4 minuti dal mare.... che dire? Sarà il nostro punto di riferimento a porto sant'elpidio. Consigliatissimo. A presto.

There were a lot of great things!
1) the host - she was amazing! She quickly replied to all our questions before arrival and helped a lot during the stay (where to find the beach, how and when get to the shoe market etc ), was very supportive and welcoming. Also was ready for an early check out (6.00 am).
2) the beach - very close (7 min walking to the nearest) and very beautiful. That one is a pebble bitch with lovely warm water and waves in the evening (which was a lot of fun)
3) the apartment - new and modern. Everything was clean, stylish and comfortable. Two bathrooms is of a GREAT help when travelling with two families. Elevator is in the building, the parking is on the premises and a shop is 7 min by car. No bugs or insects around.
5) shoe market - every Thursday there is a shoe market around Cesare Battisti starting at 20.00. it is just overall a fun and interesting experience (even if you are not into shopping), but you can also find some shoes for good price!
There are no disadvantages but the things travellers need to be aware of.
The apartment is close to the rail way and if you like sleeping with open windows, you might wake up from train sounds.
There was something in the water at that time of the year that stung us almost every day(we haven't quite figured what is was - either a seaweed or a jellyfish maybe). It wasn't painful and it didn't cause any complications, just was a bit unpleasant, but if you have allergies or sensitive skins, it's good to be aware of it.
There is no Wifi - it says so in the description and we didn't need it much, but just a heads up :)
