About this apartment rental
Completely new and super equipped accommodation. High-end comfort.
The plus of this 50 m2 is that it is ideally located in the most dynamic seaside resort of the Gulf: Sainte Maxime. In absolute calm while being in the heart of the old town, and beach access on foot! (200m).
You will enjoy everything on site: bakery, mini-markets, markets (nightly every evening, covered every day, big market on Friday) restaurants, entertainment / shows offered by the city etc ...
Forget the car! parking or private garage reservations possible.
The port opposite allows you to take the sea shuttles and arrive very quickly (without traffic or parking problems) in Saint Tropez, Saint Raphaël, Port Grimaud or to spend a day on the islands.
The high-end furnishings offer maximum comfort. Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, very well equipped kitchen (multifunction oven, 4 hotplates, large fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Flat screen TV.
A bedroom with sleeping 160x200 and a bedroom with two 90x190 beds. Sofa bed in the living room (140x190). A private terrace with table, chairs and barbecue.
Pleasant shaded square with small fountain and benches, right next to the accommodation.

Es ist eine wirklich sehr saubere Wohnung mit ganz lieben Vermietern! Die Unterkunft ist optimal gelegen und man kann alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichen. Egal ob zum Strand, zum Hafen oder zum bummeln in die City, es ist alles in der Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 👍🏼

Woning ligt ideaal in het centrum. Konden steeds eigenaars bereiken. Inrichting was zeer functioneel en aangenaam.

We really enjoyed staying here as the property is welcoming and comfortable, with a brilliant location in the bustling and attractive town. The space turned out to be a little tight for 2 adults and 2 basically-adult sons, but it was manageable. Equipment is good, although the bedroom could do with a chair for clothes. We had a little bit of difficulty getting to the apartment as it is not really possible to park outside in the road. Subsequent to that, the parking garage ( 5 minutes walk away) was a great amenity. The website says towels are provided but in fact this needs negotation with the owner since they are not regularly provided, but we did manage to obtain them (thanks Didier!)The hosts speak good English and are friendly and helpful.We ate really well in Sainte Maxime and enjoyed our trips to the various beaches, of which La Garonette is the best. We enjoyed shopping at the markets too. We would recommend a visit to Nice also, although driving through the city, and finding a place to park, is predictably challenging. We ended up parking at the station on Avenue Thiers, which worked out well.This was our first time on the Cote dAzur and we intend to return!
