Fantasticly located overlooking a brook. Various birds feeding on the bird feeder to watch all day. Very comfortable sofa and beds. All the mod cons whilst being self sufficient in an abundance of nature. Large hot tub and outdoor seating area. Great for couples or small family to get away from it all. Car parking. Close enough to explore local town or great outdoors by foot. Superb!

The bed was abit uncomfortable but we're used to a harder mattress.

I liked the location and how cosy it was. The hot tub was a great touch, its definitely worth the stay there.

Location, cleanliness, hot tub, amenities. Brilliant stay
Flies! Which are not a fault of the lodge itself, just the location! Also the outside of the lodge (decking area) looked worn and untidy (cobwebs everywhere, dried leaves, flakey paint).
