Amazing apartment with pool right on the seaside view. we were welcomed by a lovely lady who took us to the apartment that was already with the AC on (thanks, super thoughtful given the hot day) The host was very helpful suggesting where to go for lunch/dinner. the pool is AMAZING - perfect for Instagram eheh. very relaxing, no noises, only the view. the lady served us an the ex excellent homemade breakfast on the terrace, she was lovely! I strongly recommend this place🤍

Exceptional, quiet, homely, great location

An exceptional property in the area, very quiet, with a great pool and conveniently situated between the sandy Ulcinj beaches and Bar. We really felt like home, and one cannot get enough of the view into the bay. There are also pebble beaches, just a walk or a 3min drive away, including a beach restaurant if one does not want to drive further. The best was certainly the hosts themselves, mother and son personally attending tothe guests. Very friendly, also child friendly, we spoke with them a lot despite the language barrier, and being served breakfast on the terrace by them every morning was a treat.

Heavenly view in a quiet neighborhood and lovely hosts!

There were so many nice things! The amazing view from the roof top at breakfast, but also from the garden; among the nicest hosts I ever had; delicious breakfast and great service at the table; quiet neighborhood and many interesting places to visit nearby.

The closest beach is rather small and can be crowded. But for us this was no issue at all. Also there are so many beaches nearby, we swam at a different beach every day anyways ;)

Highly recommended apartment for couples.

Everything was excellent. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is very good, beautiful panoramic view from the terrace. Breakfast was very tasty and generous, which you can enjoy on the top terrace. The room was clean and spacious, exactly as the pictures.

The apartment was difficult to reach. Narrow and steep roads lead to the accommodation. With large car is not easy. But beyond that, we have not experienced anything negative.

Breakfast with a view

The hostess is very warm and welcoming, breakfast served on the rooftop with a view is awesome. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. A car is a must, because the place is far from everything. All in all, we loved it and we would definitely come back.

We wanted to sleep with our window open, but had to close it because we could hear noise from external A/C units from other apartments

Amazing view and big apartment

Nice homemade breakfast, the host was very welcoming and supportive of any request. Beautiful and modern apartment with a sea view. 10 minutes walking distance to the beach going down the hill. The apartment is in a quiet and relaxed area.

the apartment is in the middle of nature so in the evening there are mosquitoes (you need to be equipped). There is a lovely cat going around and looking for attention and food (be careful if you are allergic), don’t leave the food on the terrace because it might come to eat it.

Really, really nice view over the ocean towards West, and therefore gorgeous sunsets (weather permitting). Modern apartment, everything I needed. The owner is a very friendly guy and even helped me to pay the fine for a local parking ticket ...

Not a criticism, just a note: the last 300 meters down from the highway to the property are not ideal for large cars or cars with low ground clearance. Although: A German couple stayed there with a VW-Bus - kudos, probably just a question how good your nerves are 😉

Perfect vacation in Blue Heaven!!!

Blue Heaven is indeed marvelous! The room is big with very comfortable beds, very clean, sunny, with a panoramic view that could not be described in words. The hospitality of hosts was impressive! Breakfast prepared by Adnan’s mother is delicious with traditional preparations. Thank you Adnan for your hospitality! For sure we will return here!

Very nice host. Clean, new place with a nice view. Breakfasts were decent. A good place to stay for the price.

Road to the hotel is a verry narrow and could be better. That being said it is doable in a normal car, you just gotta drive slow. The beach near the hotel is a bit confusing to get to and isn't all that great(small, sand mixed with rocks and some trash). A/C on the outside is pretty loud.

We had beautiful holiday in this villa. The owner family cared about us so much that we felt like a part of their family. Every morning we had fantastic and delicious breakfast, home made by owner lady and with amazing sea view! They also recommend us what places and beach to visit. We would give them 150% :-). The family owners were so friendly - always smiling! Breakfast was exceptional: the quantity, service and view from the rooftop. Free parking. Air conditioned rooms. Great, quiet, accommodation a 10 minute drive from Ulcinj. Neat and tidy patio seating area and pebbled-garden area beneath, facing the sea, that's been recently constructed and has some stylish, modern, wooden sunloungers. Dreamy!

Absolutely stunning apartment overlooking the ocean - road to the property off the highway is dirt and a bit bumpy but easy to pass even with a tiny little Hyundai. Breakfast on the rooftop in the mornings was included. Limited English from the hosts but they tried very hard to help anyways, were able to show me how to get down to the beach.
