This is a one bedroom, one bath condo decorated in soft grays and yellow. Just 2 blocks from the heart of downtown, 6 blocks from the Flagstaff Regional Medical Center, and 2 blocks from the nearest Flagstaff Urban Trail System hiking trail—walk everywhere! The condo is furnished with everything you need including linens, kitchenware, and commissioned wall art. Condo features off-street assigned parking. Unit includes cable TV, internet and a security system. All you need to do is to grab your toothbrush and start enjoying all that Flagstaff and Northern Arizona have to offer.

The apartment has everything you could need for an extended stay with lots of cookware and appliances. The space is comfortable for two and feels larger with high ceilings, well positioned windows and ample natural light. Other amenities include an alarm system, dedicated, covered parking, and a private deck. Downtown Flagstaff is a couple of blocks away and we walked there often. The owner is excellent to work with and responds immediately to all questions. We are sad to leave and will definitely consider this rental in the future if returning to the area.

Items from previous renter throughout the condo. Owner not in area, so we had to clean out & wash full refrigerator & cabinets so we could use them. Bed spread was badly stained on both sides, so owner ordered new one , which came 3 days later. Again, we had to take stained one & box out to garage.
We were not told that scaffolding that was 3 stories high was in front of our condo, so no view & we heard the workers overhead banging & working Monday through Friday from 8-5:00.
