About this house rental
Gather with your family in a beautifully designed and decorated home with gated saltwater pool + new stone deck on a private half acre. 5 bedroom (plus large private study with sleep sofa), 4 bathrooms + 2 half baths with spacious open dining/living room, special outdoor gathering spaces, and a large den with all you need for games, crafts, and movie nights on a 65 inch TV.
Our renovated home offers everything you want to relax and enjoy time with your family. In the Barnes Landing neighborhood just down the block form a neighborhood general store, our home is only a short walk to bay beach and short drive to town and to some of the best ocean beaches in the world. It's the perfect location to enjoy the best of Amagansett and East Hampton. You can enjoy meals inside and out using the chefs kitchen with Viking range, custom white oak dining table, or al fresco on the generous deck with gas grill. Spend sunny days outside with outdoor shower, a safely fenced-in 16' x 36' saltwater pool with a brand new stone pool deck set in the spacious backyard with a play structure and room for sports, quiet space for reading on the front porch, and bikes for use by the whole family as well as well as weights in the basement.
Linens + beach chairs and umbrella provided.
Bedrooms all have new luxury mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets and include 2 en suite king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms including a first floor queen bedroom with en suite bathroom (with walk in shower), and an upstairs twin bunkbed room perfect for kids (with bunkbeds sturdy enough for grownups). The house also has a private upstairs study with a comfortable queen sofa bed.

We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful home in EH. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean and well designed for family living. We did a lot of cooking and I have to note that this house has a fully-appointed kitchen, with every possible appliance and a generous assortment of dinnerware/glassware. The location allows quick access to beaches, markets and Montauk/Amagansett/EH. Thanks to Zack for hosting us!

We stayed at this beautiful house for 2-weeks with our extended family, including my two children (ages 4 and 6). The home has a fantastic layout and my kids absolutely loved the den/playroom. The bedrooms are spacious and there is a lot of privacy given the layout, which was really helpful with the extended family. The pool and yard were also great. It was very cozy, extremely well stocked and the home owners were incredibly responsive and just delightful to work with.

We stayed at the Paris house and our entire family loved it. We truly did not want to leave. Jeremy and Zach are kind and responsive hosts, quick to answer any questions and concerns, and were very helpful with tips and suggestions during our stay. The location of the house walking distance to the bay and a quick drive or bike ride to town is ideal. The house is so thoughtfully designed and decorated. From the kitchen, the tv/playroom, the pool, the front porch, the back deck, the outdoor shower, the living/dining room and the fire pit, we enjoyed every space. Looking forward to renting it again!

We had the most top notch experience soup to nuts! The location is excellent/ so close to the the bay and close enough to town without all the hustle and bustle. The house was so clean and the owners thought of everything as far as supplies. The house was so well stocked and we loved the private yard and gorgeous saltwater pool. We will absolutely stay at this home again!
