About this house rental
Nice quiet neighborhood 25 minutes from Daytona beach or about 50 minutes to Orlando, this is a very nice quiet little town of Orange City, Florida . Blue Springs Park is right up the road . Rent a kayak and go kayaking or go scuba diving at Blue Springs State Park or just enjoy the sunshine and sit in this nice little neighborhood,lots of good restaurants nearby. The house is very clean and comfortable with central air and washer and dryer is provided. There is two bedrooms and also a Florida room that has a futon that pulls out to sleep on as well . Sorry no pets allowed

It was exactly as advertised. We were amazed at the decor of flamingos, coco cola and palm trees. Host was extremely efficient in responding to questions during the booking process and during our stay. It was near the event we were attending with parking. While older, work was being done when we arrived. Arrival time was flexible which suited our needs

The property was a wonderful home in which to stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well furnished. Each had a theme, Flamingo, Coca Cola, Beach and Fishing which was quite unique. The kitchen was well outfitted and I found it very workable. Beds were very comfortable. The linens in the bedrooms were, of course, coordinated with the theme of the room. Towels were thick and luxurious.
We found the property to be well kept, plenty of room for eating or lounging in front of the TV.
The neighborhood was very nice and quiet.
The owner was always accessible, helpful and always made sure we were confortable. We definitely recommend this property. We enjoyed our time in the home and would like to stay in it the next time we visit the Deland area.

Nice overall. Stores and eateries nearby. Retro furnishment was neat. Very comfortable bed. Supplies were in place for our use.
Could use a better cleaning . Pet hair on furniture in living room.
