You can spend a pleasant summer vacation, in a Provencal house of 120m², facing south, but remaining cool in summer, with unobstructed views of the village, close to all amenities and many possible activities (sports, cultural, relaxation, ...)
Gattières is a small village typical of the middle country of Nice (20 km from Nice, 12km from Vence), a privileged place on the Côte d'Azur, just away from the crowd by the sea, very close to a climbing site referenced, 15km from the sea. A pied-à-terre in Gattières allows you to visit the Côte d'Azur, coastline and hinterland, from Cannes to the Italian border.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people. A 35m² living room and a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ...) open onto a large enclosed and shaded terrace (arbor); 3 large bedrooms: a bedroom with a 180cm wide double bed (consisting of 2 twin 90cm beds), a bedroom with a single bed and a double bed (140cm) on an 8m² mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed on the mezzanine; a bathroom with bathtub and 2 sinks; a bathroom with shower and sink. 2 WC. The house is surrounded by a 1000m² garden with trees and flowers. A summer kitchen and its barbecue are next to an 8m x 4m swimming pool and a table tennis area. The whole constitutes a pleasant space of relaxation.
