At 800 m from the beaches in a house with 2 cottages, SAND AND MARINE, cottage SABLE plain foot comfort 2 to 4 people, fully new, 3 rooms 58m2 southern exposure, fully enclosed garden 60m2 (barbecue, garden) in quiet hamlet place called 'tannée' with small path leading to the beach 'Anse Duguesclin', 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room dining room, old fireplace. location car, all shops 5 minutes.

The house from Gérard & Marie Christine is located in a little cozy village and is clean and equipped with everything you need (oven, microwave, cooking utensils etc.). If you want to go to the beach it is 10 min walking or 3 min by car. There is a coastal walkway where you can go to Pointe du Groin (appr. 1,5 hr), too. Altogether, we really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back someday.
