Great family home in Champagne style, accommodating up to 14 people, located near Lac du der (15km), nestled in a quiet village near Montier en Der. the cottage is surrounded by a large fenced garden with trees (2000m2) providing opportunities for all parking and security for children. Comfortable house, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate wc, lounge with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue; ground floor renovated in 2014.
Near Troyes, Chaumont, Saint Dizier, Vitry le François, Nigloland.
Rental all year, week, weekend 1 and 2 nights. Price 1 night contact us.
