3-Single room with: 1 BEDROOM BED AND 1 SINGLE BED, Split type air conditioning, closets, blackout curtain and screen protection;
4-Social bathroom cabinets, mirror and box in the bath;
5-Room with custom-made sofa with 2 meters wide and has auxiliary bed. A 42 "Smart TV. Dining table for 6 people. Bench with two stools and 01 (one) ceiling fan with speed regulation.
6-American kitchen with 4 burner stove, extractor fan, water filter (cold and normal), refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, all mounted in a cabinet with utensils (pan set, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc);
7-Service Area with clothesline;
8-Balcony with granite table with space for electric barbecue and with screen for children.
9-All windows, as well as the balcony, have a screen for children.

First of all I wanna thanks Mr. Ribeiro for the amaizing apartament in Caldas Novas.
My familly and I really loved to stay there. It was hard to find an interestting place to stay plus find a honest person to close the deal. Mr. Ribeiro gave us all the directions and explain everything that we needed to have a wonderful stay.
The condominium is excellent, the spring watters are something, pool were cleaned every single night.
We have no complains and we will advertise this apartament all over MA/EUA.
