A modern and elegant accommodation nestled on the hillsides of Gérardmer close to the city center and ski slopes. This spacious 240 m² rental is perfectly suited for families and groups of friends, offering a soothing and calm view of Gérardmer. Close to hiking trails and ski slopes, while being in a quiet location.
The chalet has 9 comfortable rooms that can accommodate up to 26 people, with a flexible layout including 7 queen-size beds and 12 single beds. The 6 bathrooms, including 4 with shower, 2 with bathtub and 2 independent toilets, ensure optimal comfort for all occupants.
Fully equipped kitchens will delight cooking enthusiasts, with their ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, and many appliances such as a juicer, toaster, and kettle. Three televisions are also available for moments of relaxation. All tables are gathered in a chalet to become a large table accommodating up to 26 people.
Each chalet is heated with electric radiators and wood stoves; A starter kit for the stoves is provided for the first fire. A package of 500Kw for a weekend and 900 for a week is planned in the rental, allowing comfortable and responsible use.
The outdoor spaces are equally attractive: 2 terraces of 25 m², 2 barbecues and garden furniture allow you to fully enjoy outdoor moments. The chalet has a shared petanque court for the 3 chalets, 2 private spas and a gym. The chalet also offers an outdoor parking lot with 10 spaces.
