About this apartment rental
Ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay immersed in the beautiful hills between Umbria and Tuscany. Apartment in villa, located on the first floor with independent access to the large garden with swimming pool. Located in a panoramic position, it enjoys a splendid view over the surrounding valley and the Medieval Castle of Lippiano, which you can also admire from the terrace that opens onto the gentle and green hills. The apartment consists of a large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, large kitchen with central island, illuminated by a large window overlooking the valley. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a large partially covered terrace, fantastic for relaxing lunches and dinners, where you can also enjoy good readings available in the small home library. Laundry and ironing area. Free parking inside the property. The house is complete with all utilities (heating not included). Fully equipped kitchen. Including supply of linen for bedrooms and bathrooms and if they stay for more than seven nights, we will replace the linen. We are located on the edge of the town of Lippiano, near the Museum of the Madonna del Parto by Piero della Francesca in Monterchi. The cities of Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Città di Castello, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi are easy to reach. Furthermore, arriving in Monterchi in a few minutes by car you can find all the basic necessities and numerous characteristic restaurants where you can taste our food and wine specialties. Recommended to have own car. Airports: Perugia-Florence-Pisa-Bologna. Arezzo railway station. Garden, swimming pool area with solarium complete with sun beds; adjoining bathroom with shower. In agreement with the owners, it is possible to use the barbecue area complete with equipped veranda facing the swimming pool. The owners will not always be present, but you will always have a contact person for all your needs. At about 300 meters there is a bar / restaurant with free wi-fi. In the evening you can taste Debora's famous "ciaccia sul panaro" as well as many other food and wine specialties.

We, as a family, spent one week in these fantastic surroundings - better described as a spectacular nature and view from the house, well equipped house with plenty of room and a very nice kitchen. On top of this, we were early greeted by the hosts, Mara & Lorenzo, from the first day by making sure all our needs were fulfilled and later by several occasions during our stay.
We will for sure to go again - both the location and host have our warmest recommendations!

We had a great stay at this truly wonderful apartment with an amazing view. Mara and Lorenzo were extremely helpful and are such nice people. They were always there for us when we needed them and gave us tips for places in Tuscany and especially Umbria. We felt very comfortable the whole time during our stay. Ultimately, we couldn´t have had a better place for our vacation in Umbria and can highly recommend to rent this apartment.

Les propriétaires (Lorenzo & Mara) sont très sympathiques, accueillants et prévenants.
L'appartement est spacieux et bien equipé (cuisine, draps et serviettes) et la terrasse pratique pour les repas.
Le jardin (avec chaises longues) et la piscine sont très agréables et la vue est imprenable.
Il y a un café dans le village qui fait aussi petite épicerie.
Arezzo est à 30 min, est magnifique et on y mange très bien.
Le village de Citerna à 20 min est très joli.
