Amenities in the room. Seating on front porch. Homemade breakfast. Old world charm.
Unfortunately the road noise was louder than I would like and the Street lighting or parking lot lighting was not blocked by the thin curtains in the room. These were small concerns compared to the charm of the hotel

The area was cute, loved being in our own little space.
It was not cleaned well. Cobwebs, there was hardened cough drops on the comforter of one of the beds. We were told breakfast was available and we showed up early enough only to find one item left.
