The overall apartment is modern , clean , very well set out and spacious. You didn’t need to worry about anything and the apartment is fully equipped from all the pots , pans , cups , cutlery, towels and so on . The pool was amazing. Was open from 8am-10pm , kept clean and kids playground was great for burning energy . Washing machine , all cleaning equipment to suit your needs . Supermarket 5 mins drive away ( consum) . Fully gated complex and shutters on windows for extra peace of mind . TV available with YouTube etc and WIFI with strong signal . Strong aircon in all the rooms with remotes. Kettle & coffee machine also there for a cuppa tea or coffee . Large balcony area overlooking the pool and park areas . Collecting keys and returning was simple and easy . Met a lovely man while collecting keys and he walked us through the apartment as he highlighted some breakable things to be careful with such as the en-suite door ( fully glass separation) . We’ve loved staying here and would fully recommend this apartment. We’ll be booking ahead for next year again .

We couldn’t figure out how to access to sauna that’s advertised. Some of the residents wasn’t welcoming . We was told off for my little boy using a pool noddle in order to float ( he couldn’t swim) while other children played on massive pool floats so it felt very awkward when we was being told off by residents. We had one lady constantly telling us off and she was always accompanied by a man who literally followed children around and told them off . When we actually addressed this we was told by the lady “ you don’t know who he is and he’s not someone to mess with “ … what a lovely thing to say . This has NO reflection on the apartment itself or the hosts . One suggestion is having more than one key . There was four in our group so made it difficult sometimes when going in or out separately. We also noticed the drainage in the showers wasn’t the best . In the main bedroom with the en-suite, the shower would overfill the shower floor after about 3/4 minutes so we had to constantly turn the shower off inbetween shampoo / conditioner etc . The main bathroom had issues with its temperature. We couldn’t get it to match and only the hand held shower head was working as the overhead shower wouldn’t stick on when pulling the button.

Apartment was very well cleaned and on kitchen you could find everything you need for cooking. Very nice apartment and well eqquipped.

This apartment didn't include access to jacuzzi and sauna area althought it has been shown in pictures when booking. We tried to connect the keyholder O'sol company many times about the key to jacuzzi area since other people living there told that you just need the key. Couldnt reach keyholder for many days. Finally got answer on email after several calls and messages that they get back to us as soon as possible, which never happened. Disapointing for kids who were waiting jacuzzi the most.
