It is extremely good value for money, the room is large and comfortable. The property itself has a swimming pool and is close to local amenities, particularly the Popular Deli is very close by where you can buy high quality groceries - the bakery there is outstanding.
I wouldn't say that I disliked anything but the kitchen equipment could be improved - it is a bonus rather than a main feature as it's not really intended to be a self catering apartment, however it is useful for preparing breakfast and snacks.

The villa it self is so beautiful marble everywhere, new air conditioning
The staff were lovely. Recommend to try restaurants and bars.

Very clean hotel/apartments with a big pool. The filtered drinking water is a huge plus and very much appreciated. Close to the beach and beach clubs. No mold smell!
Unfortunately, we discovered bed bugs during our stay. There is also quite a lot of traffic noise. The location is not ideal as there are no sidewalks, which makes walking to the beach a bit unsafe. There are also not many good restaurants nearby.

Filtered water site-wide, very clean facilities, excellent location for long-term stay (necessary amenities like grocery very nearby)
Better signage for front door - was confusing when I arrived at night.
